These terms govern your use of the OpenMapX marketing website at openmapx.org. The OpenMapX application at openmapx.com has separate terms of service. Other instances are governed by their operators' terms.
2. Availability
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
3. Software, website, and trademarks
The OpenMapX application is free and open-source software. Its product code uses AGPL-3.0-or-later; selected libraries and the extension SDK use Apache-2.0. See the licensing overview for the scope of each license. Third-party components and datasets retain their own licenses.
This website is a separate project built on Immich's MIT-licensed static-pages code. Its source and license are available on GitHub.
Use of the OpenMapX name and logo follows the trademark policy, including its permitted uses without prior permission.
4. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
